Exchange Policy

At RR Fashion Point, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, please note the following terms regarding exchanges:

1. No Return Policy

🚫 We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

2. Exchange Eligibility

✅ Exchange is only allowed in case of a missing product or a damaged item.
✅ To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video of the parcel at the time of opening.
✅ The video should be continuous and unedited. Any sign of tampering or editing will lead to rejection of the claim.

3. How to Request an Exchange?

1️⃣ Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and unboxing video.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
3️⃣ If approved, we will initiate the exchange process.

4. Important Notes

⚠️ Exchanges are only available for defective or missing products.
⚠️ If the issue is from our side, we will take full responsibility and arrange the exchange.
⚠️ No exchanges for incorrect size, dislike of color/design, or personal preference.
⚠️ If the product is out of stock, we will offer a replacement of similar value.
