🚫 No Return Policy (कोई रिटर्न नीति नहीं है)
हमारी सभी बिक्री अंतिम है। हम किसी भी उत्पाद के लिए रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं करते हैं।
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any product.

📦 Missing Product Condition (गुम उत्पाद की शर्तें)
यदि आपका ऑर्डर अधूरा या कोई उत्पाद गायब है, तो केवल तभी शिकायत मान्य होगी यदि आपके पास पार्सल खोलने का एक स्पष्ट वीडियो है।
If your order is incomplete or a product is missing, complaints will be valid only if you have a clear video of opening the parcel.

⚠️ Video Verification (वीडियो सत्यापन)

  • वीडियो में कोई भी छेड़छाड़ (editing) या कट पाया जाता है, तो हम शिकायत स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे।

  • यदि वीडियो में किसी भी प्रकार की गड़बड़ी पाई जाती है, तो कंपनी आगे की कार्रवाई कर सकती है।

  • If any editing or tampering is found in the video, we will not accept the complaint.

  • If any fraud or manipulation is detected in the video, further action may be taken.

  • कृपया पार्सल प्राप्त होने पर वीडियो रिकॉर्ड करें ताकि किसी भी समस्या की पुष्टि की जा सके।

  • Please record a video while opening the parcel to verify any issues.
