No, all orders are prepaid. We do not offer COD at the moment.
🔹 Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
No, once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled .

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other digital payment options.
2. Shipping & Delivery
🔹 How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 7-8 business days. If there are any delays, you can contact us via WhatsApp.
🔹 Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.

🔹 Do you provide custom stitching?
Yes, we customize clothes according to your needs at an affordable price.
🔹 How long does stitching take?
Standard stitching takes 25-30 days. If you need urgent stitching, an extra charge will apply.
🔹 Can I return custom-stitched clothes?
No, custom-stitched items cannot be returned as they are made as per your measurements.

🔹 Is there a return policy?
No, we do not offer a return policy.
🔹 What if I receive a missing or wrong product?
If any item is missing from your order, we will accept claims only if you have an unedited opening video of the parcel.
🔹 What if I receive a defective product?
If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately with proof (clear pictures & videos).
